Spring 2008 Southern Nevada Project Homeless Connect

On April 10, 2008, service providers will be gathering at Cashman Field Center to provide a day of services to the homeless at Project Homeless Connect (formerly known as the Stand Down for the Homeless). Volunteers are needed to escort those seeking services to service provider sections, assist in the service section areas, and clean-up after the event.

Islamic Society of Nevada
With a speaker series and an "Islam 101" program in Clark County schools, the Council works with the Islamic Society of Nevada for better understanding of Islam in the community.
